04/25/0719:44 We await the California legislature and CPUC correction of the flawed "California Solar Initiative" which under SB1 (2006) *Disincentivizes* So Cal Edison homeowners who would install new solar systems in 2007. The problem is that *ONLY* such new residential systems are to be billed under exorbitant time-of-usage rates, making small to medium systems cost *more* per year than no solar at all.
04/26/0711:14 looking forward to this tour
05/4/0720:35 Can't wait to check it out! Thanks
